With the improved analytics dashboard, providers and facilitators can now go beyond broad categories like “Orthopedics” and dive into specific procedure-level insights. This means instead of just seeing the number of orthopedic requests, users can now analyze trends for knee replacements, hip replacements, and more.
This enhanced granularity allows for smarter decision-making, more precise marketing strategies, and better alignment between services and patient needs.
Website and Platform Translation
In our mission to make healthcare more global, Better by MTA is now available in multiple languages — both on the website and within the platform itself.
This means patients can browse the website in their native language, significantly improving accessibility and engagement, which in turn can lead to higher-quality leads.
For providers and facilitators, this multilingual capability ensures that team members — from patient coordinators to administrators — can navigate and use the platform in their preferred language.
Currently, translations apply to all on-screen text within the platform; however, text that appears within images will not yet be automatically translated.
