Refunds & Cancellations: More Transparency, More Control
Clear communication builds trust, which is why we’ve made refunds and cancellations easier to manage. You can now upload your refund and cancellation policy directly on the platform so patients know exactly what to expect when making payments.
- Log in to your Provider or Facilitator page.
- Scroll down to the menu on the left and click “Details.”
- Scroll further down and attach your policy.
Having a clear refund policy not only gives patients confidence—it also protects you in the event of a payment dispute.
New Quality-of-Life Improvements
We’ve also added more flexibility to help you manage your listings with ease:
- Remove images instantly – no need to contact our admins anymore.
- Update your page whenever you like – giving you full control over how your listing looks.
