User Roles & Permissions
Keeping your operations secure and organized is now easier than ever. Admins can now set user roles and permissions to control what each team member can see and do within the platform.
How it Works:
- Log in to your Provider Profile.
- Go to the Users section in the left-hand menu.
- Find the user, click the three dots, and select User Permissions.
- Assign the right level of access (view, edit, access, etc.).
Only Admins can assign or adjust permissions. With this feature, you’ll ensure the right people have the right access—making teamwork more secure, streamlined, and efficient.
Invoice Deletion
Managing your billing just got more flexible. You now have the ability to delete invoices after they’ve been sent, keeping your records accurate and up to date.
How it Works:
- Go to the Invoices tab.
- Find the invoice you want to remove.
- Click the three dots and select Delete.
This new option gives you more control over your billing process and helps ensure your financial records stay clean and correct.
