With this latest update, providers and facilitators can now share documents directly with patients inside the Better by MTA platform. This means medical records, care-related documents, and supporting files no longer need to be sent via email—everything can now live securely in one centralized place.
Patients can easily access shared documents by logging into their Better by MTA account, ensuring privacy, continuity, and peace of mind throughout their care journey.
This feature builds on existing internal document management capabilities by extending secure access to patients themselves, creating a smoother and more transparent experience for all parties involved. By keeping sensitive information within the platform, providers can reduce administrative friction while maintaining high standards of data security and patient trust.
