The three programs

Here is exactly what your team will learn.

Each program takes on a different part of the business, and each is worth $995 per person on its own.

Marketing image

International Patient Marketing

Gives your marketing team the discipline behind international growth: who to target, what to say, which channels earn their spend, and how to read the numbers so the next campaign beats the last one.

What it drives

More qualified inquiries, and marketing spend you can finally defend.

Value per person $995
Business development image

International Patient Business Development

Gives your commercial team the playbook for B2B: finding the employers, insurers, agencies, and referral partners worth pursuing, getting in front of them, and understanding why the deals you lose are going elsewhere.

What it drives

More partnerships signed, more referral volume, fewer deals lost to competitors.

Medical Travel Business Essentials

From Global Healthcare Accreditation. Gives everyone the shared foundation: how the industry works, how programs are structured, and what an international patient experiences from first contact to going home.

What it drives

A team that works from one standard, and new hires who are useful in week one.

What it builds

Skills your team keeps, and results you can measure.

Training is only worth the time if something changes afterwards. Here is what changes.

Marketing that performs

The team learns what to measure, what to stop funding, and how to lift the return on everything they run.

More B2B partnerships

Employers, insurers, agencies, and referral partners are pursued deliberately instead of arriving by luck.

A wider referral base

Your team knows how to open new sources of volume rather than depending on the handful you already have.

Faster onboarding

New hires get the same training in week one, so knowledge stays with the organisation when people move on.

In detail

What each program actually covers.

01 Marketing

International Patient Marketing

Built for the people responsible for filling the top of the funnel. It works through positioning, audience, channels, content, paid media, reputation, and measurement, so the team stops guessing which activity is worth repeating.

Choose target markets and messages with evidence behind them

Judge which channels deserve budget and which are quietly wasting it

Build content and campaigns that reach patients researching from abroad

Read the numbers and improve the return campaign after campaign

Identify the buyers who move volume and reach them deliberately

Price and package care so it survives comparison

Run a pipeline with a real process instead of a spreadsheet of hopes

Diagnose lost deals so the same gap does not cost you the next one

10A Review of Best Practices

The experience

Training that fits around the job, not the other way round.

Nobody has to block out a week or fly anywhere. Your team works through it online, at their own pace, in the same platform they already use.

On demand, so people fit it between clinics, calls, and campaigns

See who has completed what, module by module, person by person

Every new hire gets the same grounding in their first week

Knowledge stays with your organisation when people move on

What changes, depending on who you are.

Operations that deliver the same experience every time

Questions

Before you enroll your team.

How many people can we train?+

Platinum covers 5 people in each program, so 15 people in total. Gold covers 2 in each, so 6 in total. You decide who takes them and when.

How long does it take?+

Business Development runs about four hours across twelve modules. Marketing covers thirteen modules across four phases. Business Essentials has ten modules. Everything is on demand, so people can take one a week or several in an afternoon.

What does someone get at the end?+

A completed training record in their own name, and skills the organisation keeps. The record is not the point. The point is a team that knows how to market, sell, and deliver international care properly.

Can we track who has done what?+

Yes. Completion is recorded per person and per module inside your Better account, so you can see who has finished, who has started, and who has not begun.

Is this for leadership or for staff?+

Both. Leaders get a standard they can hold the team to and visibility into who has met it. Staff get a method for work they were previously expected to figure out alone.

What happens when new programs launch?+

They are added to what your membership already covers. Platinum receives 10 places in each new program and Gold receives 3, with nothing further to pay.

Included with membership

Train the team. Everything downstream gets better.

Better marketing brings more inquiries. Better business development brings more partnerships. Better operations keep the patients you win. It is already covered by your membership.
